Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for the return to receive your Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or bring it directly to our Sandringham storefront.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the gear to confirm it is in new condition, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
